NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1. ELIGIBILITY. Subject to that set forth herein, this sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is open to EU and UK citizens, EU and UK permanent residents and aliens lawfully residing in the EU and UK who are sixteen years old (16y/o) or older as of (i.e., including) July 3, 2026. Underage participants must have parental consent to participate. Regarding Italy, citizens and permanent residents are excluded from this Giveaway. (“Entrant(s)”). This Giveaway is sponsored by ADVENTURE SPORTS GROUP EUROPE S.L., (“ASGE”) a Spanish corporation located at Carrer Canudas 13, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain (referred as the “Sponsors” or “ASGE”). Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, together with their immediate family members and those living in their household, and the promotion and advertising agencies of this Giveaway, if any, together with their employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents and representatives, sponsored athletes and their immediate family members and those living in their household, as well as each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of this Giveaway, and each parent company, affiliate and subsidiary of any aforementioned entity, and their employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents and representatives, together with their immediate family members and those living in their household, are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD. The Giveaway will take place from July 3, 2026 through September 15, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). This Giveaway is subject to these official rules/terms and conditions (“Official Rules”).

3. HOW TO ENTER.

Enter by taking the following action during the Giveaway Period: visit the respective Fox Racing site and complete the entry form (“Submission(s)”).

To participate, entrants must complete and submit the official entry form, including a valid YouTube link to their video. Each entry must consist of a video edit filmed exclusively at one (1) of the five designated Fox-supported bikeparks—namely Avoriaz, Leogang, Verbier, Bike Park Wales, or 4 Riders—during the period from July 3 to September 15, 2026. The participant must be visibly wearing Fox gear within the video, including at a minimum a Fox jersey or a Fox helmet. The submitted video must comply with the following technical requirements: a duration of no less than thirty (30) seconds and no more than three (3) minutes, a landscape format with a 16:9 aspect ratio, a minimum resolution of 1080p, and no use of heavy CGI or excessive post-processing effects.

The video must be uploaded to YouTube, and the corresponding link must be submitted through the designated entry form within the stated timeframe. In addition, participants are encouraged to share their entry on Instagram and tag @foxracingeurope. Failure to comply with any of the foregoing requirements, including but not limited to (i) filming at a non-eligible location or outside the specified dates, (ii) not wearing the required Fox gear, (iii) failing to meet the technical video requirements, (iv) failing to upload the video to YouTube, (v) failing to submit the YouTube link via the form, or (vi) failing to meet the applicable deadlines, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entries may also be subject to disqualification if the participant does not properly post or reference the content on Instagram as described above.

Only individuals completing the entry form will be entered into the Sweepstakes. No other method or form of entry will be accepted. There is a limit of one entry per person. There is no advantage or extra submissions by joining Fox marketing emails. Opting-in or joining Fox marketing emails is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such person is the prize winner.

4. There is a limit of one (1) Submission per Entrant during the Giveaway Period. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Submissions by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Giveaway. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide the Sponsors with proof that such person is the prize winner.

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANTS. All video entries must be submitted and will be collected until 15 September 2026. Following the close of the submission period, the competition winner shall be determined through a two-stage selection process. In the first stage, each of the five designated Fox athletes will review all eligible community entries submitted in connection with their respective bikepark and select one (1) finalist, resulting in a total of five (5) finalists, with one finalist representing each bikepark; each athlete’s selection may also be announced publicly, including via Instagram, prior to the final voting stage. In the second stage, the five (5) finalists will be published as Reels on the official Fox Racing Europe Instagram account, and the final winner (grand prize winner) shall be determined by a public vote conducted via this platform, with the entry receiving the highest level of engagement, as determined and measured at the sole discretion of the organizer, being declared the winner.

The Selected Potential Winner will be announced and/or notified via Mail or Instagram by one of the Sponsors (by using the information provided by the Selected Potential Winner on the Submission) on September 30, 2026 (“Notification Date”). The Selected Potential Winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours to claim the Prize. The Selected Potential Winner must sign a declaration of eligibility / liability / publicity release (“Release”), which must be completed and returned to the Sponsors in the manner specified by the Sponsors within five (5) calendar days after the date that the Selected Potential Winner is notified. The Selected Potential Winner shall allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, Submission and any other relevant information, as per both Sponsor’s for the purposes of the Giveaway, for both marketing and commercial purposes, in compliance with the law. In some cases, the Selected Potential Winner may also be required to provide their Social Security Number (for tax form purposes), birth date, current address and other contact information. An alternate Potential Winner for the Prize (“APW”) may be randomly selected, as freely decided by the Sponsor – though Sponsors will not be obliged to do so – from among the remaining eligible entries if the Selected Potential Winner, in both Sponsor’s sole reasonable discretion: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to respond with the required information within twenty-four (24) hours as required in these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason. That set forth herein shall apply ‘mutatis mutandi’ to the APW. All Giveaway entries are subject to verification by the Sponsors prior to awarding of the Prize. Eligibility, age, and any and all other claims shall be subject to verification by each Sponsor prior to the actual awarding of the Prize. After successful verification, the Selected Potential Winner (or APW, as appropriate) will become the winner of the Prize (“Winner”).

6. PRIZE. If eligible under these Official Rules

The entrant whose submission is selected as the best overall edit across all five (5) bikeparks shall be awarded the grand prize, consisting of: (i) a fully funded invitation to attend the Barcelona Film Festival in mid-October 2026, (ii) a complete Fox Racing gear setup for a duration of one (1) year from the date of the official prize announcement, provided that the total retail value of such gear supplied during the one-year period shall not exceed three thousand euros (€3,000), and (iii) a lift ticket granting access to a bike park of the winner’s choice worldwide, which must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of the official prize announcement.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of Prize shall be allowed, provided however ASGE reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason.

7. TAXES. With regard to taxation matters, the parties shall be subject to and governed by the applicable tax legislation in force at any given time, as determined by the competent authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.

8. ODDS. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. CONDITIONS. This Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding; and Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or the Official Rules, except where prohibited by law. By entering, each Entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to Entrant’s Submission: (a) Entrant is the legitimate owner of the information included in his/her Submission; (b) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and (c) any third parties appearing/referred to in any way in the Submission or elsewhere, if any, have given Entrant appropriate consent to be used as permitted herein. The Sponsor reserve the right to request releases from any third parties appearing/referred to in any Submissions, or elsewhere, at any time. Failure to produce third party releases upon each sponsor’s request will result in automatic disqualification.

A. All prizes are non-transferable. ASGE will not replace lost or stolen prizes.

B. By providing a Submission, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrant’s gives both Sponsors a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display, etc. such Submissions, and related documentation, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis and throughout the universe, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes, as per each Sponsor’s for the purposes of this Giveaway.

C. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to release, fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless both Sponsors and their affiliates, together with their respective owners, shareholders, members, directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents of each, including without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities, if any, and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, loss, cost, expense, damage, etc., arising from or in connection with participating in the Giveaway and/or the awarding, receipt, malfunction and/or use or misuse of the Prize by Winner (or another person) and/or the use of Winner’s Submission by the Sponsor or the other Releasees.

D. This giveaway is void wherever restricted or prohibited by law (e.g., registration or bonding requirements, etc.), and subject to applicable country, state and local laws. Therefore, the residents of any state, country or territory where this giveaway is or may be restricted or prohibited by law, if any, as confirmed by one of the sponsors at any given time before, during or after the giveaway (“excluded areas”) cannot participate in the giveaway; be that as an entrant, selected potential winner, APW, winner or in any other capacity as set forth herein, should any of them be a resident of the excluded areas.

E. Both Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant that resides in the Excluded Areas or that it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Giveaway or violating these Official Rules. The Sponsors, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend these Official Rules and the right to terminate this Giveaway, and then the Sponsors may, but it is not obliged to, select the Selected Potential Winner/APW in a random drawing, as specified herein, from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. ASGE reserves the right to cancel this giveaway for legitimate purposes, at ASGE’s sole discretion, without incurring any liability whatsoever vis-à-vis the Entrants. Releasees shall not be liable to the Winner for:

Failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond any of the Releasees’ reasonable control; or

G. Late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, including the Submissions and related documents, regardless of the method of transmission; telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials including the Submissions; or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway; or

H. Any injuries, losses or damages of any kind relating to this giveaway, including, caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the giveaway or submitting or use of a submission, etc.

I. The Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the giveaway or winning the prize if, in its sole reasonable discretion, it determines such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway in any way by, for example, cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor or one of the Sponsor’s representatives.

10. LIABILITY. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries, nor for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or enjoyment of the prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. DISPUTES. Subject to law, any and all disputes between the Sponsors and Entrants regarding these Official Rules and/or the Giveaway will be governed by the internal laws of the Country of Spain without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with the Giveaway must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Barcelona, Spain.

The sponsors reserve the right to take appropriate legal and/or judicial action in the event of non-compliance with these legal terms and conditions of the giveaway.

12. PRIVACY. All personal information collected by the Sponsors will be used for administration of the Giveaway and for the purposes set forth herein. In addition, Entrants may receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of the Sponsor subject to both Sponsor’s privacy policy. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to the addresses set out below. Please refer to Sponsors privacy policies located at www.foxracing.com/us/info/privacy for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

11. DATA PROTECTION:

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), participants are informed that:

Offer deals, promotions, and marketing materials.

Legal Basis

The processing is legitimized by:

The execution of the relationship derived from participation in the sweepstakes (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

The legitimate interest of the controller in promoting and disseminating the activity (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data Transfer and Communication

Under no circumstances shall personal data be disclosed, transferred, or otherwise made available to any third party, except where strictly necessary to comply with a legal obligation or with the prior written consent of the data subject.

Data Retention

Data will be retained only for the time necessary to manage the sweepstakes and subsequently blocked for the legal limitation periods of liability, and only provided that the participant has not given consent to receive commercial advertisements or similar communications.

Participants’ Rights

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability by contacting either of the joint controllers via the emails provided above. They may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or another competent supervisory authority.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. ASGE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the draw for justified reasons, duly communicated through its official channels.
