Nothing makes us happier than seeing folks show off their Fox love to the world. Unfortunately, the only way to currently get a sticker is to directly purchase them from our website Stickers.

Yes. Having an account on the Fox website allows for faster and easier checkout, quick access to your order history, and quicker customer service.
Yes, you will have the option of using your PayPal account during checkout. Simply click on the PayPal button and proceed through the checkout options.

Your card will be authorized upon placing the order and the authorization will settle upon shipping your order. When an order contains a the purchase of a Digital Gift Card, the value of the Digital Gift Card will be settled upon placing the order.
At Fox, we offer three goggle models. The sport-level Main, the race-level Airspace, and the pro-level Vue.

Helmet Pads: You will need to put these parts into a washing bag and wash them using the “gentle” or “hand-wash"" setting. A mild detergent is fine to use and an antimicrobial detergent will help to remove the smell. Be sure to wash at a low temperature.

Start a Return

Once your package is received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
We currently do not offer free return shipping labels. Log in to your account view your order and access your label.

Standard Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within 28 days from the date you have received the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel.

Orders placed before 1pm are processed and shipped the same day.

Once your returned package is received by our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make any changes to an order after if it has been placed; however, if you contact us before the order has been processed, we may be able to cancel the order, allowing you to make a new order with the needed updates.
You can cancel orders that haven't entered the fulfillment process yet. Please contact customerexperience.uk@foxracing.com to cancel your order. Please include your order number and cancellation request in the email.
We, unfortunately, do not process any direct exchanges at this time—there is no exception to this process. If you would like to substitute any items, please return the item as stated in our Returns Section, then simply place a new order online for the items you would like as replacement.
You will receive an email 21-30 days after your purchase with a chance to review the items you have purchased, and you can also leave a review right on the product page, online.
At this time, we do not match prices on any products. Sorry for the inconvenience.
All FOX products are covered by the corresponding legal warranty. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, neglect, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials through age, exposure or prolonged use. In case you have made your purchase with one of our dealers, please contact them, as you have a business contract with them directly. They will assist you and refer your case to our Fox contact person.
Orders are processed and shipped, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day (see list of holidays below). Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process before it will ship. Shipping times are estimates.
We currently do not ship to APO in Europe.
Fox provides free standard shipping on any Fox order over £49, 365 days a year. From time to time, we also offer Free Shipping specials.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes in Europe.
Our website does not accept orders placed outside of Europe, orders placed with an international debit/credit card or orders that are billed and/or shipped outside of Europe. All 3 criteria must be met in order to process an order.

Unfortunately, there are no Fox stores in Europe currently. But that doesn't mean you can't find Fox gear at a location near you! Use our Dealer Locator to find your closest Fox retailer.

We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after your purchase. Our pricing is carefully determined to provide the best value at the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.

For eGift Cards, you can check your eGift Card balance online at foxracing.com/gift-card-balance. The balance shown is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately after an online purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period.
