Things to know...

You are welcome to return anything (within 28 days) that was ordered from Foxracing.co.uk/.

When returning, it's important to keep in mind that the items should be in their original condition, including being unused, unwashed, and in their original or adequate packaging with all original tags attached. This is especially important for helmets, as the tags can provide important safety information and should not be removed. For swimwear and intimate apparel, it's also important to ensure the protective inner lining is intact, if applicable.

Return costs (£6.99) will be deducted from your refund. These costs cover expenses related to shipping and managing logistical processes involved in processing returns. Please note that this deduction is a contribution, with Fox also providing support for these expenses.

Extended Returns period: Orders placed between Nov 17th - Dec 22nd will be eligible for returns until the 20th of Jan.


Start a return

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click “Start a return” and select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Be sure you choose the correct items to be accurately refunded.
  2. Print your UPS return label and pack your items in the original order packaging. Securely attach the carrier label to the outside of your package.
  3. Drop your package off at your nearest UPS Access point. You are able to schedule a collection on the UPS website but there can be an added cost. Please be sure to retain your shipping receipt as Customer Service may require it.
  4. Your package will be forwarded to our collection point in the UK. We have a weekly shipment to our European Warehouse.
  5. Once delivered to our main European warehouse, it will be reviewed and refunded. You will be informed via e-mail when the team has processed your return. The whole process can take 2-4 weeks.

Warranty

Warranty return? Use our specific link to request your return easily (Warranty page bottom). Our form guides you step by step and helps us resolve your issue quickly. Please provide the requested information, including the order number and a precise description of the problem.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly request that you return the item to us for a refund and place a new order online for the replacement item.

We are currently working to establish an exchange program and hope to have it up and running soon.


Price adjustments

We don’t offer price matching or adjustments. The price you see in your shopping cart is the final price. We are unable to offer adjustments, refunds, or credits for the difference in price.

Single Product Purchase:

The purchase of a "Mystery Box" is considered a single product purchase. Therefore, returns of individual items contained in the "Mystery Box" or size changes will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive damaged or incorrect items within your Mystery Box, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the entire order back, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:

Return costs (6.99€) will be deducted from your refund. These costs cover expenses related to shipping and managing logistical processes involved in processing returns. Please note that this deduction is a contribution, with Fox also providing support for these expenses. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

Extended Returns Policy

Extended returns period for Christmas 2023. You can request the return of your product(s) until January 15th 2024 for those orders received by you until December 31st (included). For orders received by you as of January 1st 2024, the ordinary return period shall apply.
