If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 28 days from the date you have received the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel.
Follow below instructions for an easy return:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including: your order number, the items you want to return, the address you are returning the items from and your phone number.
- We will provide a return label to send back the products to our warehouse in The Netherlands using one of our carriers.
- The total cost of the return is: £9. This amount will be deducted from the refund value you will receive.
Once your return is received and inspected by Fox’s Returns Department, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
It may take between 2 and 4 weeks to fully process your return and refund.
Please contact our Customer Service immediately in case you have received an incomplete, wrong or damaged order.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not process direct exchanges. In case you want to change size or color of one or more items from your order:
- Follow the same instructions of a standard return (see above).
- Place a new order for the replacement items.

*If you paid with Paypal you will be able to fully recover the £9 (see below: Free return with Paypal).
How does it work?
- Follow the link https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns/.
- Log in to your Paypal account, select the order and click on “Request return shipping refund”.
- Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
- PayPal will then retroactively reimburse up to £15 to your PayPal account within 10 business days.
Every product that Fox sells is covered by a Two-Years warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

In case you didn’t purchase this item with one of our dealers, please contact them, as you have a commercial contract with them directly. They will then assist you and forward your case to our Fox contact person.
EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
Extended returns period for Christmas 2020. You can request the return of your product(s) until January 15th 2021 for those orders received by you until December 31st (included). For orders received by you as of January 1st 2021, the ordinary return period shall apply.
